Education: BS Physical Education, Cal State Fullerton, Specialist Life Severely Handicapped & Learning Handicapped, California Community College Life Special Education.

Experience: Teacher at La Quinta High School, Coastline Community College, Newport-Mesa School District, Riverside County, Nicolas Junior High and Buena Park High School Special Education Teach & Department Chair. Honored with Teacher of the Year, Fullerton School District, 1988.

Coaching: Varsity Baseball coach at Lutheran High School, sophomore Coach in Football, basketball and baseball at La Quinta High School, Lower-Level coach in football, basketball and baseball at Buena Park High School, Varsity Baseball and Football Coach at Buena Park High School. Freshman Assistant Coach, Esperanza High School.

Volunteer: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Youth Program Counselor, Member of Central Garden Grove Little League Board of Directors, all-Star Manager of District 46 Junior Major Little League Champions.  Pop Warner Football Chargers Assistant Coach, Special Projects at Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove, Tustin and Laguna Beach, Member of the Baseball Booster Clubs at Garden Grove and Valencia High Schools.

Travel: Traveled all over the United States to support his son Bryce, grandsons Justin and Shaun as they participated in various Little League, Pony and Travel Ball programs which included Cooperstown, NY, and Canada. Visited the National Youth Programs in Seoul, Korea with his wife, Adaleen McHale representing the Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove.   Favorite vacation spot was June Lake, CA.

Hobbies: Softball, Fresh & Saltwater Fishing, Muscle cars and trucks, Dirt bike riding, Woodwork, Yard work, Baseball Field Maintenance, Baseball Card Collecting/attending Baseball Card Shows, Fantasy Sports, avid Lottery Scratcher, training German Shepherds, Dog lover; current rescues; Luna, German Shepard, Rocky & Molly, Huskies. Saved his wife, son and daughter in-law (pregnant with Justin) lives in March 1998 when a fire erupted in their attic at their Garden Grove home at 6 am in the morning. The family was able to move back into the former blue house 1 ½ years later.
