Tawna Lea Bill, born November 2, 1964 in Huntington, West Virginia to Lois and Hubert Harshbarger. She moved to California in 1968 with her parents to attend the best school for the Deaf. She passed away on December 13, 2015 from complications of diabetes. She was preceded in death by her father, Hubert Harshbarger Jr., paternal & maternal grandparents. She is survived by her Mother, Lois Harshbarger Sister, Tammy Tetzlaff (Joe) and Brother, Todd Harshbarger (Kristin) one nephew, & 4 nieces. The service will be held on Mon. Dec. 21 at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary in Yorba Linda. The address is: 18311 Lemon Drive in Yorba Linda The visitation is from 12-1 with the funeral service to begin immediately following at 1:00.
