Betsy Barber was born on August 30, 1949, in Maryland to Leonard and Veronica Barber. She worked as a food service worker for the University of Delaware for 42 years. Being a fan of football, she was always cheering on the UD Blue Hens, but made some space to appreciate the Baltimore Ravens as well. She also loved Elvis, and liked to have fun. She had a childlike charm, and will be missed by all who knew her.
A prayer service will be held at the Villages at Rockville in the Chapel, located at 9701 Veirs Dr, Rockville, MD 20850. The service is scheduled for October 1, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
