Christine Clare Vilgos-Mitchell

Christine was born at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring, MD. on January 13, 1983, Christine was 1 of 5 children of John Vilgos and Marie Vilgos. She has an older brother and sister and 2 younger brothers. She was raised in Derwood, Maryland.

Christine attended St Jude Elementary School and Good Council High School, from which she graduated in 2001.In her childhood Christine enjoyed swimming and was employed as a lifeguard through high school. She enjoyed her time in the Brownies and Girl Scouts. She took dance lessons (ballet and Jazz) which remained a passion of hers into her adult life. As an adult she was a talented karaoke singer and was proud of her flower garden which was highly regarded in the neighborhood

.In her home life, Christine enjoyed caring for her cats and plants, engaging in a great variety of board games with friends and family.

Christine is affectionately remembered by her husband, James Mitchell; mother, Marie Vilgos; father John Vilgos; and her loving siblings, Johny Vilgos, Cathy Mace, David Vilgos and Jimmy Vilgos.

Memorial services will be held on Monday July 10th at St. Francis of Assisi in Derwood, Maryland. Viewing from 10am-11am followed by Funeral Mass.
