Douglas Edward Walls

        Of Gaithersburg, MD, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday November 16, 2019. Doug was born in Kennedy Township, Pennsylvania, the son of Edward Guy Walls (deceased). He graduated from the University of Maryland University College Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He was a long time loyal CPA with Steptoe & Johnson, LLP in Washington, DC.

        He was married to Lan Walls (Melissa) on June 25, 1990. Doug's favorite thing was talking about his wife  and daughter Emily and you could always find him relaxing at home. He leaves behind his cherished memories for his wife Melissa and their daughter Emily, his mother Rose, stepfather Bernie Schultz, stepmother Sandi Walls, Aunt Frances and Uncle Robert Poop, Uncle Joe and Aunt Nell Golinsky, Aunt Mary Catherine and Uncle Joe Johns, Uncle Albert Golinsky (deceased), brother Daniel, sisters, Sharon, Sheila and Shannon, cousins, nephews and nieces. May he rest in peace.

        A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 11701 Clopper Road, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 on Saturday November 23, 2019 at 11:00 AM
