John lived a life filled with artistry, craftsmanship and love for his family. With a big heart he loved his wife, all his children, and grandchildren very much. John was a talented artist, known for his humor and could often times be found in his wood working shop in the basement on the weekends. He enjoyed nature and was an avid fan of butterflies where he would raise them from their eggs and release them as they matured. He enjoyed science and mathematics which he turned into a career as a defense contractor for Northrup Grumman. Known for his high intelligence, he was often leaned upon during complicated times whether it was by his family or for work and was respected for the wisdom he would impart to us.
