José was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria, his sisters Rosario and Felicí, brothers Ricardo and Jesús, and parents Eladio and Ramona. He is survived by his devoted daughters, Vilma and Janet (Gregory); adoring grandchildren Andy (Leah), Christine (Allan), Natasha (Matthew) and Nicholas (Daniéle), and great-grandchildren Madeline, Bianca, Jacob, Amelia, Gloria, Olivia, Mason and Donovan, as well as several loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
José lived a life devoted to Christ and family. He was patient, kind, and always smiling. He was a model of compassion and unconditional love.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 12 noon at Clifton Park Baptist Church, 8818 Piney Branch Road, Silver Spring, MD 20903.
