She was born in Rockville Centre, NY, on Feb. 18th, 1947 to Daniel and Cecilia O’Hara, and lived on Long Island until her marriage. As a military spouse, she lived in Europe and multiple locations in the US, before settling down on Capitol Hill, her home for the past 30 years.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Kevin O’Hara, and is survived by her son, George Andrew Williams and his wife, Stephanie, as well as her daughter, Kimberly Phillips, her husband, Dwight Phillips, and their children, Kip and Gwen. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation is Friday, Jan. 12th from 6-8pm at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Washington DC. An additional visitation will take place on Saturday, Jan. 13th at 10am, followed by a funeral mass at 11am at St. Peter’s. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to Catholic Charities of DC.
