

Thomas Bruce Hall, 82, died Monday, May 13 2019 at The Casey House Hospice of respiratory failure. He was the beloved husband of Ruth Hall and leaves his daughter Sara Robins, son-in-law Michael Robins and two grandchildren, along with many loving family members and friends. He was born in Washington, DC to Kathryn and Wallace LeRoy Hall.
Mr. Hall served in the U.S. Army and spent most of his career at the National Institute of Standards and Technology as an electrical technician after receiving a degree from Montgomery College. A big fan of the outdoors, history, and numismatics, Mr. Hall volunteered at the C&O Canal Great Falls Tavern for many years, as well as The Lord's Table Soup Kitchen, the PATC and the Gaithersburg Community Museum. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, friends, and family.
A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Ascension in Gaithersburg, MD on Sunday, May 19 at 2:00 p.m.
