Victor was born on October 5th, 1990 in Silver Spring, Maryland. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Neuroscience and Loyola University with a Masters in Medical Sciences.
He was raised in Rockville, Maryland, where his family still resides. Victor was loved dearly by his father, mother, and sister; Armando, Emperatriz, and Julieta.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at DeVol Funeral Home (10 East Deer Park Drive in Gaithersburg, MD 20877) from 6-8 PM.
Funeral services will be on Friday June 29, 2018 at St. Jude Parish (2701 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853) at 11 AM.
