

She was born in Savannah, Ga., and was preceded in death by her grandfather, Eli Austin Stafford.
She was a member of the Living Faith Church, and a former member of Alpha United Methodist
Church in Bloomingdale, Ga.
She was a Graduate of Bryan County High School, Class of 2003, and was the Coastal Empire Slow Pitch Softball “Player of the Year in 2000 – 2001, in her sophomore year at the school.
She was a member of the Bryan County High School “Slow Pitch Softball Team, 2002 State Champions.
She received an Associate Degree in 2007, from Ogeechee Technical College.
She was a veteran, having served in the U. S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, where she received the National Defense Service Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Service Ribbon.
She was a member of Richard T. Turner Chapter # 332, OES, where she served as “Ada”.
Patricia enjoyed her family, working in her garden, she loved music and was very artistic, and she loved playing ball, and still participated in the Church Softball League. She loved History, and especially enjoyed watching “The History Channel”. She enjoyed looking up her families, Genealogy.
She is survived by her husband, Matthew Raymond Koskela, of Springfield, Ga; a son, Eli Stafford Koskela, and 2 daughters, Madison Elaine Koskela and Julia Riley Koskela, all of Springfield, Ga; 2 sisters, Andrea Stafford Deal (Justin) of Rincon, Ga., and Emily Jane Shuman (Kurt) of Pembroke, Ga; parents, Eason Andrew “Andy” Stafford and Theresa Elaine Beasley Stafford, of Ellabell, Ga; paternal grandmother, Lily Mae Brown Stafford, Bloomingdale, Ga; maternal grandparents, Edward C. and Frances K. Beasley, of Ellabell, Ga; maternal mother in law, Lisa Riley, and father in law, Alan Riley, both of Faulkville, Ga; paternal mother in law Charlene Koskela, and paternal father in law, Robert A. Koskela both of Pembroke, Ga; paternal grandmother in law, Annette Koskela, of Union, S.C., and maternal grandmother in law, Dorothy Harris, Redmond, Oregon, brother in law, Robert “Bobby” Koskela (Melony) of Ellabell, Ga; niece, Nova Deal, Rincon, Ga; and nephew, Allen Koskela, III, of Ellabell, Ga; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins, that she loved dearly.
Visitation: 1 – 2 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Alpha United Methodist Church, in Bloomingdale, Ga.
Funeral Services: 2 p.m. Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Alpha United Methodist Church, with Rev. Tom Carruth, Rev. Sean Faircloth, and Rev. Darnell Barner, officiating.
