Vanessa was born and raised in Savannah, GA. She was a 1979 graduate of Richard Arnold School, a Licensed Practical Nurse and a Christian.
Vanessa was preceded in death by her father, Ben Williams.
Survivors include her daughter, Chavon Moore; two grandchildren, Laylah Ashley and Davon Washington; mother, Mrs. Lillie Mae Williams; a sister, Pamela Elaine Williams; brothers, William “BO” Thompson, Ben Williams, Jr., Jerome A. Williams, Ronald Williams, Kenneth Williams, Timothy Williams, Stephen Williams and Gene Morrison; many other family and friends.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Chapel of the Fairhaven Funeral Home, Garden City, GA with burial to follow in Woodsville Cemetery.
