

Born on February 8th, 1970 in West Covina, CA to Larry and Mary Silva. Patrick was a man of few words but had an immense impact on those around him. His quiet strength, unwavering support, and heartfelt actions spoke volumes to those who were lucky enough to know him.
Patrick had a passion for photography, capturing life’s fleeting moments with a keen eye and artistic soul. On the softball field, he was a dedicated coach who inspired with his calm demeanor and thoughtful guidance. He had a gift for saying just enough to motivate and encourage, leaving a lasting impression on every life he touched. But perhaps one of his most beloved passions was Halloween. Patrick was known for his enthusiasm for the season, going all out with a Haunted House for the last 25+ years. His spooky spirit and infectious excitement will be sorely missed each fall.
He is survived by his wife Alma Kelly-Silva, daughters Gabriella (Brian) Kingston, Jennifer Kelly-Silva, Samara Kelly-Silva, Selina Kelly-Silva, son John Silva; grandchildren Lucas and Everlyn Kingston; father Larry Silva; siblings Larry Jr (Cyndi) Silva, Jena (Dave) Silva/Caneda, and Amy (Joe) Deguevara; nieces Alyssa (Greg) Gower, Kailani and Malie Caneda; nephews Robbie Taylor, Ethan and Bryce Deguevara as well as a community of friends, players, and colleagues who admired his integrity and quiet wisdom.
Patrick was preceded in death by his mother Mary Janet Silva, grandparents Hilda and Edward Silva, Francis and Patricio Trujillo, godparents Esther and Gordon Gow, aunts Helen Jane and Lucile Grace Trujillo, uncle Benjamin Trujillo, and nephew Matthew Caneda.
Though he was a man of few words, Patrick spoke volumes through his actions, his love, and his unwavering dedication to those around him. He leaves behind a legacy of quiet strength and enduring love that will forever be remembered. Rest in peace, Patrick. You will always be in our hearts.
