He was born in Dover, Ohio on May 1, 1942. Thomas had wored as a carpenter for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Irene Bernadette Evans; sons, Thomas (Karen) Evans and Michael Evans; Grandchildren, Jonathan Carl Evans, Brandon Lee Evans, Amanda Marle Evans, Jesse Emile Evans, Travis James Evans; and Great Grandchilren, Samantha Gene Phillips and Maverick James Evans.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 4-8 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm at Dimond and Shannon Mortuary. The funeral mass will be on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at St. Callistus Church in Garden Grove.
