Everette was born December 28, 1938 to the late Ernest Warren Sr. and Dorothy (Spargo) Warren. He was beloved by his family and had a host of friends here and abroad, especially in Japan. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. Everette was a Professor at Gaston College and taught Business Administration and Economics for many years and also taught American English for many years in Japan. He loved to travel and had become a world traveler. He enjoyed collecting art and books. His door was always open and he never knew a stranger. Everette will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
Those left to cherish his memory are his three siblings; sister, Ann Hedman of Pt. St. Lucie, FL, brothers, Francis Warren of Gastonia and Ted Warren of Mount Holly; several nieces and nephews.
Everette was preceded in death by two brothers, Claude Warren and Ernest Warren Jr.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Carothers Funeral Home in Gastonia.
A private burial will follow at Gaston Memorial Park.
