Tula Mae Christopher Robbins, age 102, went to be with her Lord on May 8, 2018 at The Levine - Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, North Carolina. Tula was born April 18, 1916 in Dunn, Tennessee.
Tula Mae Robbins was proceeded in death by her husband Harvey Robbins, her daughter Marcella R. Ellis and her son David Robbins. She leaves behind a daughter Eudenia R. Hilton, a son Carl Robbins and wife Janice, and a son Avery Robbins and wife Patricia. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren who adored her.
Tula Mae was a child of God who loved the Lord with all her heart. She dedicated her life to serving the Lord, raising her children, loving her family, and showing and telling others about the love of Jesus Christ. Tula Mae always knew where her eternal home awaited and wanted to make sure everyone around her knew about Jesus. She outlived many family members and friends, but oh what a glorious reunion she is having today in Heaven. IITimothy 4:7-8 depicts Tula Mae's life. "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." Her wish is for you to know and love the Jesus she is now seeing.
The family will have a private family gathering Thursday ~ May 10, 2018 and a public Graveside Memorial Service Friday ~ May 11 at 2:00 PM at Gaston Memorial Park, Apostles Garden - Matthew Section, 1200 South New Hope Road, Gastonia, NC.
