It's been over a year now Grandmaw since you left this world and went to your heavenly home.  I miss you so much, but I'm glad that you're no longer in pain, and can get around the way you always did before things got bad.  You taught me so many things through the years, and I find myself thinking about you everytime I use the knowledge you passed on to me. I'm so grateful to have had you as  a grandmother, and even more thankful to have you as a friend. Hug & Kiss grandpaw Cable and all my uncles please. I'll always love and miss you everyday! I got to know her when I delivered meals in Dallas.  I found her to be very pleasant.  I am so very sorry for your loss.

Grandmaw, I love you with all my heart and I always will. You were there for me from day 1 (45 yrs ago)  and always supported me and loved me unconditionally. I don't know a life without you in it, but now you're with grandpaw, your boys, your mommy and daddy, and countless others that left us too soon. grandma, I just wanted to say thanks for all the years you've put up with me picking on you. I remember like it was yesterday that you stayed up with me and let me watch my team, the Oakland Raiders play the Washington Redskins in the superbowl in 1983.  you will be greatly missed.  your grandson Michael teague

I am saddened to learn of Willie's passing... Miss Willie will be missed! As a teenager, I lived near her @ Spencer Mountain... I loved her family very much! She always treated me like her own. I remember hanging out with all her children. Since my dad worked 2nd shift in the mill, he wasn't home in the evenings and Miss Willie fed me dinner quite often... She was a Saint! Darlene, I know this will be hard on you. I lost my mom a year ago... Very tough! The only thing that gets me through is my faith in Jesus and knowing that I will see her again in Heaven one day!
 I pray that God will give you peace and comfort during these next days & weeks to come.
