Cesar loved being a stay at home husband and dad; his pride and joy being his wife, Tess, and his daughter Moni. His passions and hobbies in life included: word searches, endless iPad games, cleaning, loving on his dogs Marshall and Leia, being his family's chauffeur, being a part of his church community, and being a devout follower of Jesus. While quiet and meek in demeanor, his love for life and humor radiated and couldn’t help but be infectious to anyone and all around him. Cesar was best known for being a man who was full of love for his friends, family, and God. He was a selfless man who gave all of himself to the world around him.
Cesar is remembered by his surviving relatives: his wife; Teresita, his daughter; Moniliz, his sisters; Susan, Lulu, and Mila, and lastly, his brother; Tony.
