

Fulton Turner age 89 of Round Rock, Texas, formerly of Georgetown, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at his home. Fulton was born July 14, 1925 in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina to James Turner and Helen (Parks) Turner. He served in the Navy from 1943 to 1945 and was retired from the Navy Yard in Washington D.C. He married Mildred L. Coppedge on December 31, 1946 in Emporia, Virginia. They moved to Georgetown in June of 1997 and he moved to Round Rock in June of 2013.
He is survived by his daughters, Willow Garman and her husband Jim of Hilton Head, South Carolina, Betty Turner-Huf and her husband Harry of Georgetown, Texas, and Laura Pennington and her husband Ellery of Kyle, Texas; son, Keith Turner and his wife Marsha of Georgetown, Texas; fifteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred L (Coppedge) Turner; son, Richard Turner; a granddaughter, April and a grandson, Todd.
The family will receive guests at Wrenn Clarke and Hagan Funeral Home from 7:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. Wednesday, July 8, 2015. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 9, 2015 at the chapel at Wrenn Clarke and Hagan Funeral Home.
Funeral services are under the direction of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home of Georgetown, Texas and Wrenn Clarke and Hagan Funeral Home of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
