Ida Olene Bertelson

Ida who is known to family and friends as Olene, a mother and a friend passed from this world to the next on Thursday June 21, 2012. The sadness of her passing and our grief at the loss of her physical presence will be felt forever. Olene lived in Hutto, Texas for 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dorman of 62 years and her oldest daughter Cindy.

She leaves behind son, Richard Bertelson and wife Audrey of Hutto, Texas; four daughters, Connie Barrera and husband Ruben of Hutto, Texas, Joyce Chenevert and husband Don of Hutto, Texas, Janet Jancak and husband Brian of Georgetown, Texas and Patricia Cosman and husband Michael of Georgetown, Texas; 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren who will truly miss her.

There will never be a day that she is not missed, loved and thought about. This is not a final good bye but a temporary goodbye, until we all gather again in our permanent home in heaven.

The memorial service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 7, 2012 in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas.
