JoAnn Denton

JoAnn graduated high school at Hot Wells High School in San Antonio, Texas. She went on to earn her degree in Interior Design from a Design School in Michigan. JoAnn practiced real estate in Oregon, Arizona and Texas. She led a very accomplished and exciting life, marked by grand adventures and wonder. Her life was a celebration of unstoppable optimism.

A loving and compassionate mother, JoAnn was a powerful force in shaping the character and lives of all five of her children.

She is survived by her daughters, Shari Clemons of San Antonio, Texas and Mary Claire Huslage of Copperas Cove, Texas; sons, Ford and Jo Beeding of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Donnie and Cassie Huslage of Georgetown, Texas and Donnie and Dana Dirks of San Antonio, Texas; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and don't forget the three dogs and one cat.

Mom has a great relationship with Jesus Christ and we look forward to seeing her in the Resurrection.

A funeral service will be conducted at six o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, the 27th of March, in the chapel of Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. Private interment arrangements have been made at Turtle Creek Cemetery in Kerr County Texas, The Denton Family Cemetery.
