Linda Mae Parker

She was born March 23, 1940 to Martha Josephine Morris and Orville William Price of Terra Haute, Indiana.  Linda married Val G. Parker Sr. on June 28, 1958.  Four children resulted from this marriage.  She worked at Pontiac Motor for over 22 years.  She was proceeded in death by her Husband Val G. Parker Sr.  and Son Val Parker Jr. Left to survive Linda are her children April Arms (Randy), Melody Cribbs, and Raeann Longtine (Rodney).  She is also survived by her grandchildren Tom Arms, Kristina Hernandez, Mike Parker, Shawn Parker, Angel Beaver, Ken Parker, Ashley Richards, Rodney Longtime, and Anita Cribbs as well as 16 great-grandchildren.  Linda was an avid gardener.  She received multiple beautification awards from her city of Pontiac, Michigan where she worked and raised her family.  She was cared for over the past decade by her daughter April Arms.  Linda's joy came from her family and she especially adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Her only regret was the few she never got to meet.  She was loved by her family and will be very much missed but remembered fondly forever.

A Visitation will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 17 at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel, with the graveside services to immediately follow at 11:00 am at IOOF Cemetery.
