

Stephen Randall Wilson, 59, passed away peacefully at his home in Liberty Hill, TX on January 29, 2018. He was surrounded by his family, loved ones, and friends during his final days. Steve was born into this great country on June 13, 1958 in San Angelo, Texas to Frank and Linda Wilson. He served in the United States Marines Corps. from 1977-1981. Shortly after getting out of the service, Steve married Debra Sue Willis on April 24, 1984. They spent the next 33 and a half years building a family together. Steve lived for his wife, two daughters, and son. He had a passion for the outdoors, whether it be fishing, hunting, or just exploring. He was a teacher of all things and a kid at heart.
Steve loved his job at Housley Communications, where he dedicated almost 25 years of his life. Steve was thankful to get to work with such great people. The Housley Group became more like family than coworkers, spending time together socializing, hunting, and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his father Frank Wilson, grandparents James B. and Juanita Scoggin, and his in-laws Frank and Pat Willis.
Steve is survived by his wife, Debbie Wilson of Liberty Hill, TX; daughter, Tanya Smith and husband Greg of Rhome, TX; daughter, Kelly Allen and husband Brett of Fort Worth, TX; son, Stephen Wilson and wife Jessica of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Derek and Kate Smith, Samuel Allen, and Olivia Wilson; mother Linda Bryant of San Angelo, TX; brother, Kenny Wilson and wife Tanya of Bryan, TX; sister, Virginelle Hill and husband James of Carlsbad, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews, family, and friends.
