Sylvia Ann Ruiz Sifuentes, 67 was born to Tony Ruiz Sr. & the late, Janie Bernal on October 22, 1956, in Bryan, Texas. She gained her wings on August 09, 2024. She is preceded in death by her mother, Janie Bernal, her husband, Aristarco Sifuentes, her daughter Patricia Marie, and her grandson Isaiah Alvarado.
Sylvia resided in Round Rock, Texas with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
