Born May 5, 1977, to Gene and Susie Bracamontez, Teri was a native Georgetown resident who graduated from Georgetown High School in 1995. She also attended the Art Institute of Austin. Despite Georgetown's abundant growth, she still loved her hometown.
She did not allow her illness to define her. Instead, she helped family, friends and co-workers address their own concerns.
She met Christopher St. John Logan in auto mechanics class. He fell for her smile and her beautiful eyes. They married and shared their love of dogs, camping, grilling and the Longhorns.
Her daughter, Brooke Shea Paris, was the center of her world. “She attended every single cheer competition, every single practice. Everything,” he said.
Brooke added: “She's my number one fan.”
Teri looked forward to making tamales with family every Christmas and Catan nights. She cherished living just doors away from her parents and siblings.
She was a detail-oriented office manager and recently began a career with Apple.
She was raised Catholic and had a lifelong relationship with God, attending Celebration Church in recent years.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years; daughter; parents; sisters Marty White (Brandon), of Lawrenceville, Ga.; Sandy Tomasulo (Marc), of Georgetown; brother Anthony Bracamontez, of Pflugerville; and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, 6-8 p.m, Nov. 22, at Gabriels Funeral Chapel. The funeral mass will be 1:30 p.m., Nov. 23 at St. Helen Catholic Church, followed by a grave-side service at Georgetown Memorial Cemetery.
