Donald Hugh MacIsaac

Born on Septemer 29th 1936 the son of the late Alexander and Effie MacIsaac.

Donnie leaves to mourn his wife of 39 year Jackie(McPherson), brother Robert (Lillian) MacIsaac, sisters Norma Curnew, Isabel ( Butch) MacDonald

Anna (Weldon) Smith, Sandra ( Junior) MacDonald, Alex ( Junior) Crouse, Louanne ( Joey ) MacDonald.Step -daughter Bernadette McPherson.

Sisters in Law Irene MacIsaac and Lucy MacIsaac, Aunt Helen Stewart.

Donnie was predeceased by brothers Norman and Stewart, sisters Eva Whidden and Myra Darroch.

Also left to mourn are numerous neices and nephews and many close friends, Darryl, Fox, Melvin, Josie, Kevin and Paul to name only a few.

Donnie was an active member and caretaker of Warden united church in Glace Bay. He was also of member of the Senior citizens and pensioner club where he enjoyed

a good game of pool and a better game of cards.

Donnie was a welder by trade having worked for Shaw & MacDonald during his career.

Donnie had a wonderful sense of humour and was there to help out anyone in time of need. The memories are plenty and will last forever.

Visitation will take place at Pattens funeral home Union street glace bay on Monday December 9th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 10th at 2pm

under the direction of Rev. Clayton Austin at Warden United Church. Interment at a later date.

We would like to Thank the nurses and physicians of the Emergency Departments at the Glace Bay and Regional hospitals and the Intensive Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital.
