Beverly was born on January 31, 1948, in St. Joseph, MO to her parents, George and Dorothy Gibbany. She married the love of her life, Gary Alan Marr, on May 31, 1969. Beverly is survived by her husband Gary Marr, sons Dan Marr (Melissa), Doug Marr (Nicki), and daughter Tiffany Foster (Mike), sister Barbara Jones, and grandkids Kate and Owen Wohler, Evan Marr, Julia and Isabella Marr, Christopher, Chloe and Avery Foster.
Beverly treasured spending time with her family and loving on her grandchildren. She’s been a member of First Christian Church, Pilot Club, Beta Sigma Phi, and a board member of the Northland Assistance Center. She worked twenty years as a dedicated employee at the City of Gladstone Parks and Recreation.
Beverly cherished her time with Gary dearly, and they loved to travel together taking cruises and road trips. She was a strong and loving woman, who was accepting of all people. Everyone who knew Beverly, enjoyed being in her presence with her charm, her wit, and her love for life.
Visitation will be held at 12 pm, followed by Funeral Service at 1 pm, both held on Friday, December 6th at First Christian Church, 2018 Gentry Street, North Kansas City, MO 64116.
