Blake is survived by his parents Keith and Christy Fowler; his son, Jameson; his brother, Lance (Stacey); stepbrother Eric(Ann); stepsister, Tami Carter and nieces, Lacey, Abby, Emma, Izzy and Jasmine; nephews, Ledger, Levi and Kai; and his uncle, Marty Ervin(Paula Beaty) along with numerous cousins.
Blake was in the construction industry and employed by Coleman Industries in North Kansas City as a Superintendent. Prior to that he, worked at PureBlue building customized swimming pools.
Blake was a devoted father to his son Jameson, unwavering love for his family, a warm outgoing individual that had a heart of gold and would help anybody at any giving time. Blake enjoyed the mountains, snowboarding (he was a ski instructor at Snow Creek), fishing, hunting, and loved to build anything using his hands.
Blake’s visitation will be January 13th from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at Platte Woods United Methodist Church, 7310 NW Prairie View Rd., Kansas City, Missouri, 64151, with service to immediate follow at 11:00AM.
