David is survived by his caring, beloved, partner of 35 years, Jo Newsom, and was the loving father of Steven Crockett (Colleen Power) & Jay Crockett (Tiffiny). He was the proud grandfather of Nicholas, Aurelia, Cameron, and Chase. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
