Dennis Glenn Smith, 76, of Pleasant Valley, MO passed away December 29, 2018 surrounded by family.

Dennis was born in Vendor, AR to Herman and Verna (Campbell) Smith and attended North Kansas City High School.

Dennis went to work for Cramer Ind. in Kansas City, KS. In June of 1962 Dennis married Dorothy Patton.

Dennis enjoyed hunting, gardening, but most important to him was his family.

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; his parents; nephew, Roger Sutherland; sister, Louetta Clay.

Survivors include his son, Gary Smith of East Freedom, PA; daughter, Suzanne (Larry) Taylor of Pleasant Valley, MO; sister, Betty Sutherland (Leonard) of Mountain Home, AR; 2 grandchildren, Chris Smith and Samantha Taylor; 5 great grandchildren; nephews, Michael (Loveida) Clay of Liberty, MO and Wesley (Christy) Sutherland of Norfork, AR; and a great nephew.
