Derek P. Pearce, 41, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2026. He was born in North Richland Hills, Texas, on Feb. 9, 1984. He graduated in 2002 from Park Hill High School. Derek was a gentle soul with many artistic talents and interests.
He was preceded in death by four grandparents and three cousins. He was survived by his parents, Dave and Carol, and his son, Grayson Beaman (Starlette Beaman, mother). He is also survived by his brother Ryan (Sarah) and his nephew Hayes, as well as his grandmother, Beverly Virgo. He will be missed by his immediate family, friends, and many uncles, aunts and cousins.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to Harvesters Community Food Network, Habitat for Humanity, or a charity of one’s choice.
The family of Derek Pearce will have a private graveside committal service in White Chapel Cemetery. Please check back for information regarding a public Celebration of Life service to take place in Spring 2026.
