Edith M. Williams, 84, Claycomo, MO, passed away at her residence Tuesday, February 9, 2016. Funeral services will be 1:30 PM Saturday February 13, 2016 at White Chapel Funeral Home. Entombment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. The visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to NorthCare Hospice. Edith was born August 9, 1931, in Topeka, KS. She was a 1949 graduate of Topeka HS, a member of Fairview Christian Church, Jewell Chapter 492, and UAW Retirees. Edith retired from Bayer and spent her career in Veterinarian Pharmaceutical Research. Edith is survived by her daughter, Linda Heard and son-in-law, Jack Heard; grandson, Jeffrey Jones; granddaughter, Julia Heard; and great grandson, Matthew Jones.
