FRANCISCO JAVIER VARGAS III “FRANKIE” Frankie, 27, of Kansas City, Missouri, was called home on November 1, 2014. Frankie was born on March 2, 1987 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the son of Sandra Cabral, grandson of Juan and Alicia Cabral and loving father of Guillermina A. Vargas. He loved spending time with family and friends, but especially his daughter. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, his favorite past time was playing cards with family and friends, and was fond of carne asadas and guacamole at family gatherings. In addition to his mother, grandparents and daughter other survivors include step-children, Braylee and Trinity; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and father, Frank Vargas, Jr. Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Sunday, November 9, 2014 at St. Anthony’s Parish with a Rosary service at 7:00 PM. Mass of Catholic Burial will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, November 10, 2014, at St. Anthony’s Parish, 318 Benton Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64124, with burial in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
