Gary married Tammy Jo Sawyer on November 20, 2006. He was a truck driver by trade.
He was born August 27, 1947, in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the son of Carthel Lee and Helen (Jones) Golden.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, David Golden.
Gary is survived by his wife, Tammy Golden, of the home; two daughters, Kimberly Karasek and husband Jim and Stephanie Cates and husband Steve; one stepdaughter, Jodi Mitchell; one sister, Rhonda Craig and husband Jonathan; four granddaughters, and three great grandsons.
Graveside inurnment will be held at 2:30 PM, on Friday, June 16, 2023, at White Chapel Cemetery, 6600 NE Antioch Rd., Gladstone, Missouri.
