Helen Ruth Weathers

Ruth married Donald Weathers in Maryland in 1942 and later they moved to Iola, KS and then to Missouri to raise their family. She was a member of the First Christian Church of North Kansas City. Ruth enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, reading, and word puzzles. Ruth and the family are very grateful for the loving care and assistance provided by the staff at Vintage Park, Paola, KS.

She and her husband enjoyed traveling especially to Wyoming to visit family.

Ruth was preceded in death by her husband; her sons, Victor Kent Weathers and Michael Craig Weathers; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

Survivors include her granddaughter, Maggie Glover, St. Louis, MO; numerous nieces and nephews.
