

Jack Bradford Hunt, of Kansas City, Missouri, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on July 5, 2015. He was 91 years old. Born on December 13, 1923. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Virginia; his brother, Bill; his daughter, Barbara Reinwald and grandson, Brent Reinwald. Jack is survived by his wife, Maria, of nearly 70 years; as well as his sons, Brad and Ken, and daughter, Janel Bryan, and their spouses, Mary, Fiancé Pam and Gary Bryan respectively. He is survived by his 5 grandchildren, Carie Doer, Jamie Galloway, Blake and Oliver Bryan and Mason Hunt and 7 great-grandchildren, Melyssa, Daniel, Rachel, Parker, Will, Harper and Annie. Jack was born in Weaubleau, Missouri and raised in Kansas City. He served 3 honorable years in the US Army and served in WWII. Jack was the founder and owner of Hunt Plumbing Company for 47+ years, serving Kansas City and Clay County. For many years he was deacon and very involved with Royal Rangers with his church, Evangel Temple, preceding Northland Cathedral. He loved the mountains and skiing with his family and had a calling and desire to work with handicap youth on learning to ski. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He had a passion for knowledge of the bible and enjoyed many spirited conversations with all types of people of faith!
