Jacqueline Lea Avery (nee Bloomfield), 74, of Kansas City, Missouri, died peacefully on March 16, 2026. Jacqueline was born on October 13, 1951, in Stoutsville, Missouri. Jacqueline was the daughter of Harold and Mary (Whelan) Bloomfield; sister to Dick (Mary) Bloomfield, Barbara (Burnham) Hogan, Goldie (John) Flowers, Sharon (Weldon) Ross, and Cathy (Don) Hansen; mother to Christopher (Claire) Avery and Jonathan (Lisa) Avery; and grandmother to Emma, Grant, Jack, Reese, and Luke.
Jacqueline was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. She has been called home and is now at perfect peace in the arms of her Creator. Jacqueline had a generous spirit, an unwavering loyalty to those she loved, and took great joy in her countless pets.
The family would like to thank Cathy Hanson, Nicki Snider, and George Gates for their faithful, loving care throughout this journey. We would also like to thank the doctors, nurses, and other staff of Liberty Hospital for their dedicated efforts.
Services will take place on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd, Gladstone, MO 64119. Visitation at 1 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2 PM.
