Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie (Dean) Thompson

She was born to Phyllis and Dale Dean on August 2, 1949 and lived her entire life in Kansas City. Jackie was a graduate of Westport High School, Class of 1967 and the owner/operator of Encore Embroidery for 28 years.

She loved anything that involved being with family and insisted on getting everyone together as often as possible. She loved going to the camper and really looked forward to sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee taking in the peace. She loved taking road trips and traveling in their travel trailer but more than anything, she loved anything that had to do with her grandchildren, school plays/concerts, baseball games, dance recitals, graduations, and birthday parties, where she always had a front seat and was the loudest supporter.

Jackie is survived by her husband of 43 years, Cody; 3 children, Christopher Montgomery, Kelly (Alysia) Montgomery, and Alissa (Jeremy) Batliner; 2 stepsons, Brent and Troy Thompson; 8 grandchildren, Shelby, Dillon, Dominic, Kean, Justin, Cooper, Payton, and Presley; her brothers, Phil and John (Alleene) Dean; her nephew and nieces, Philip, Erica, and Lora; her great nieces, nephew, and many cousins; and her dog, Bella. She was a great friend with the biggest heart who is loved very much and will be missed greatly by all.
