Visitation with Masonic services will be held Sunday July 26th from 1-3pm, with Masonic service at 2:30pm at White Chapel Funeral Home. Burial with full Military Honors will be held at White Chapel Cemetery Monday July 27th at 10:00 am.
Jerry was born Johnstown, Nebraska to Albert and Lillian McDaniel on June 4, 1936. He worked at Ford Motor Company retiring after 35 years of service. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the United States Air Force as an Airman First Class. He was a member of the Ararat Shrine Temple and the Rising Sun Masonic Lodge #13, both of Kansas City, Missouri. He also built beautiful wood furniture and was a Master Gardner.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Gilbert, Gordon, Gloria, and Linda, and step grandson John R. Marrs III.
Jerry is survived by siblings Phyllis Skillman, Ruth Watts, and Steve McDaniel (Marsha). He is also survived by stepdaughter and caregiver Vicki Leas (Ron), stepson John Marrs Jr., stepdaughters Kelly Hoefer and Lori Tinoco (Tom). Grandchildren: Ashley Burkes (Cody), Sara and Tyler Cramer (Maddie), Breanna, Tommy, and Sienna Tinoco, and 4 Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Shriners Hospital for Children, Love to the Rescue.
