Latricia “Trish” Curtis was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ray and Cuppy Heath. She attended North Kansas City High School, and M.W.C.C. Trish married Tim Curtis, her husband of 30 years, in 1987. She and Tim had two daughters, Amanda and Melanie, who remember her as a loving and open person, who encouraged them to pursue what they love and to embrace life with an open heart and mind.
Trish worked with her father at the Income Tax Center in NKC, often going above and beyond for her clients. On the occasion she had a free night, she enjoyed reading and the company of her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father. Trish is survived by her mother, husband, two daughters, her siblings Ray-George, Lori, Brenda, Hunter, and George, her grandson Riker, and many other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held Sunday, February 18th at White Chapel Funeral Home on Antioch Road from 5 to 8 pm. Services are scheduled for 10 am on Monday the 19th at Fairview Christian Church in Gladstone. All are welcome to attend in celebration of Trish’s life. In remembrance her, her family would like to encourage others to become organ donors or contribute to Donate Life, the National donor registry.
