Luis Carlos Rodriguez

Luis Carlos Rodriguez passed peacefully in his home on February 5, 2017, surrounded by family and friends after more than 4 years courageously battling brain cancer. Luis was born on October 10, 1976, to Natividad and Luz Elena Rodriguez in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. Luis came to the United States in 1997 and worked for The Cheesecake Factory for 17 years. Luis is survived by his loving wife Mary Fields-Rodriguez, daughters Maddie Fields, Rosie and Bella Rodriguez, his parents, Luz and Natividad, sisters Norma Origel (Enrique and Alondra), Ana Rodriguez (Dani Montes, Marco Montes, Cristina and Gabriella Montes), brother Alberto Rodriguez (Zandra) and many other dearly loved family members. Luis never met a stranger and loved spending time with family and friends. His smile and warm embrace always lit up a room and he will be missed by all who knew him. Fly high with the angels in heaven forever, Superman! A Celebration of Life will be 10:30 AM, Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Vineyard Church, 12300 NW Arrowhead Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64165. A visitation will be from 6-8 PM, Friday, February 10 at White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Rd., Gladstone, MO 64119. Memorials are suggested to Winnetonka High School Theatre Dept.
