Patricia A. "Patty" Goodman, 70, of Kansas City, Missouri passed away on February 9, 2018. She was born on February 14, 1947 in Kansas City, Missouri to Pauline and Kenneth Roulston. Patty graduated from North Kansas City High School in 1965. Shortly after high school she met and married the love of her life Jack Goodman in March of 1969. Together they welcomed their only son, John. She was a very devoted wife and mother. Patty was a very active mom who was involved with youth activities while John was going through school. She volunteered a good deal of her time to the school acting as a Room Mother and Library Assistant and was also involved in the PTA. Patty also volunteered with the North Kansas City Baseball Association, organizing team activities and communication between parents. She and Jack loved live music and would often spend their Saturday afternoons at BB's Lawnside BBQ listening to Blues music.
Patty was preceded in death by her husband Jack, her parents, and a brother James Roulston.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son John, grandson Dawson, sisters Marilyn (Fred) Cerra and Debbie (Larry) Hammes, sisters-in-law Betty Walter and Arlene Bratton, as well as nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 14 from 1-2 pm with a memorial service starting at 2 pm at White Chapel Funeral Home.
