She is preceded in death by her great grandma, Sheri Shipley.
She is survived by her parents Rahiem and Payton, sister Octavia. Grandparents Herman and Natasha Shelton, Kimberly Cooper, Tom Shipley and Patty Shipley. Great Grandparents Gary Shipley and Gloria Shelton, four Uncles and ten Aunts, and a host of great aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Visitation for Raylen will be held Friday, September 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 AM both at Newcomer's White Chapel Funeral Home, 6600 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri 64119.
