Bob was born on August 11, 1959 in Leavenworth, Kansas to Vivian Louise Crump Oliver and Robert Lee Phillips, Sr. Bob Phillips married Roxane Halley on October 17, 1981. Bob was happily married to the love of his life for almost 40 years.
After moving to Missouri, Bob began working for Geiger Ready Mix and did so for 35 years. He was a dedicated worker that respected the company he worked for. The happy couple welcomed Justin Lee into their home on August 11, 1984 and Jared Nolan on September 4, 1986. Bob’s children remember him as a witty, kind and loving father, who was their best friend. Bob was an expert baby calmer and a dog whisperer.
In Bob’s free time, he liked to spend quality time with his family and friends riding rzr’s and traveling. He was passionate about his children and wife and was very much a family man. Bob could light up any room that he walked into. He had a great, ornery smile and a free spirit that will be greatly missed.
