Ruth E. Robb of Kansas City, MO (Northland) passed away at the age of 82 on August 18, 2016. She was preceded in death by mother and father, Frank & Alma Kelly; husband, Delbert; and brother, Robert Kelly. She leaves her sister, Joann Hewitt, of Bozeman, MT; 2 children, Kelly Robb of Quincy, MO and Kylenne Doman of Northland Kansas City; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Graveside services for Delbert & Ruth will be held at Barry Cemetery on August 27, 2016 at 10:00am.
