Ruth Rupp Williams, age 79, Kansas City, MO passed away December 12, 2015. At Ruth’s request, all services are private. It is requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Wayside Waifs or Parkville Animal Shelter. Ruth was born to Jacob and Leontine (Legleiter) Rupp on November 15, 1936 in Hays, KS. She grew up in Kansas City, KS, but lived in Kansas City, MO. Ruth married Herbert “Ray” Williams January 11, 1958. Ray preceded her in death on January 23, 1991. They are survived by 2 sons, Michael and Lawrence (Cheryl), grandchildren, Lisa Swift, Brian Wellington, Thomas Williams, and Emily Williams, and great-grandchild, Lola Wellington.
