S. Ross Johnson

Ross served proudly in the US Army during the Korea Conflict (from 1952-1954). He was a computer programmer who enjoyed bowling, photography and was an avid music record collector.

Ross was preceded in death by his father, Joseph R. Johnson; mother, Alice Clark; grandparents, Shirley Ross and Minnie Mae Turnbough; brothers, Robert J. Johnson and Frank Clark; sisters, Allene Douglas and Dorene Acuff.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Johnson; daughter, Gwen (Martin) Forsythe; grandsons, Kyle (Courtney) Forsythe and Jacob Forsythe; great grandson, Wyatt Forsythe; brothers-in-law, Dale (Nancy) Doron,

Larry Douglas and Jerry Acuff; sister-in-law, Barbara Johnson; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece.
