Shirley was born to James Rosser and Viola Rosser, October 14, 1940, in Logan, West Virginia. She graduated from Aracoma High School and later received an Associate’s Degree from the Clark Technical College in 1979. She married John Arnold, Jr. in 1960, and they lived together in Springfield, Ohio. Together they had 4 children.
She leaves as her legacy 3 children: Lewis (Cassandra), Robert (Karen & Robin), John (Lisa). She also leaves to cherish her memory 3 siblings. Her children remember her as a strong and loving mother.
A Memorial Service is scheduled for a date and time to be determined later along with the location.
