Susan K. Bridges, age 66, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2024, at NorthCare Hospice House in North Kansas City Hospital after a year long fight with cancer. She was born September 27, 1957 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Suellen Wilhite and Jerry Lee Warman. She graduated from Kansas University, where she double majored in Russian and Journalism, and participated in the marching band playing trombone. Susan married Tom Bridges on February 18th, 1992. Tom and Susan spent the majority of their lives together raising a family in Dunwoody, GA, returning to Kansas City following their retirement. Susan spent her life supporting her family and community in numerous ways as a mother, jeweler, and craftswoman. Susan is survived by her husband, Tom, two children, Jordan and Dabney, her 3 brothers, Matt, Terry, and Chris Warman, and her granddaughter, Annabelle.
