Vincent was born in Kansas City, to Tony and Rose Lipari, one of nine children. He was the only one of his family to graduate from Manuel High School in 1949. Vince moved his family to California and starting his own successful business "Lipari Lane Maintenace." He was able to bring his trade to other parts of the world. He started an organization called N.A.I.R, "National Association of Independent Resurfaces. He was in business for over 48 years. After retirement you could find Vince at a golf course or at a bowling alley.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his siblings, wife Bessie and son Vincent David.
Vince is survived by his daughter Rosemary.
Vicent will be privately laid to rest at White Chapel Cemetery in Gladstone, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date, please check back to this page for updates.
